Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Listed in individual product descriptions. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method. 
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized order or Digital downloads.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you to make things right.

Returns & Exchanges-T-Shirts

All clothing items are designed by American Fire Co but are printed using a fulfillment center. Due to this, return and exchanges are handled differently. 

Damaged Items or Poor-Quality Printing

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often.

For the fastest resolution, please send us a photograph showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item.

Returns

Please contact support@teescape.com before returning items, and always include your order number in the package with the returned item.

In most cases, we will replace defective garments, defective printing, the wrong garment, or the wrong print, simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with the shirt and including the order number.  It is very rare that we actually ask a garment to be sent back to us.
